Are credit cards excepted?
Credit cards are accepted through the Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

How long does it take until I receive my download?
Most purchases are verified and completed by paypal immedietly, and complete within minutes. However there are times when dealing with international transactions that there will be a delay in the completion of the purchase. In those times, we will deliver your purchase upon notification from paypal that the purchase was completed.

How will I receive my download?
Upon completion of your purchase, you'll receive an email from us containing a link and a password. At the webpage of the link, you will enter your email address (used in paypal transaction) and your password to download your file. Download accelerators must be disabled or your download will fail. Once you download plug-in, your password will be active for another 5 minutes letting you download it again in case the download wasn't successful. If you were not successful and need your password reactivated, contact us and we will try to help you in a timely fashion.
After Installing plug-in you will be prompted with a unique Serial Number, Allowing you to download a license unique to this computer and InDesign installation. Place license file in folder with plug-in and restart InDesign.

I've purchased with Paypal, but I have not received any email?
Check the following things. 1)Did you check the email address that paypal uses to identify you. 2)Has your purchase completed. Log into your paypal account and check if your payment has completed. If your payment has completed then contact us know asap and include your paypal receipt number so that we can help you.

How many computer can I install software on?
Each purchase entitles you to 1 license, that allows you to install on 1 computer. If a license was downloaded for a specific computer, only that license will be able to be downloaded again in the future, and Serial Number entered will be ignored.

Can we purchase an enterprise license allowing the installation on many computers?
No, we do not sell an enterprise license. However if making a purchase of 5 or more, contact us and we will offer a discount on your purchase.

How do I install application?
Folder with plug-in needs to br placed in Plug-ins folder. On Windows that should be "C:/Program Files/Adobe/Indesign CS4/Plug-ins" (or somewhere similar to that) and on the Mac that would be Applications/Adobe InDesign CS4/Plug-Ins

InDesign crashes upon startup after installing idRTL?
This event has happened every so often. The solution is usually trashing the preferences by pressing CTRL/COMMAND + ALT + SHIFT at startup. Since we are installing a C++ plugin, there are times that InDesign needs to rebuild the list of plugins.
